The fund has received a dividend payment from Powershares Build America Bond Fund. The funds were automatically reinvested for free. Three percent of the shares owned by the fund are from dividend reinvestment. Those shares produced four percent of this month's dividend.
Dividends continue to be a growing part of the fund. Dividend reinvestment is growing faster in terms of dollars and percentage of capital invested in the fund. This is one important way that wealth will be created. The next expected dividend will be from Nuveen Commodity Long/Short fund at the beginning of next month.

New Purchase of Shares of Pennymac (PMT)
Today, the fund purchased shares of Pennymac Mortgage REIT (PMT). The expectation is that the security will rise in value and that the dividend amounts payable to KDK Fund will continue to increase. The dividend is paid around the 25th of the first month of the quarter. The fund paid $21.33 per share. Some reasons for the purchase are below:
- 10+% annual dividend
- Diversity in KDK Fund's Real Estate Holdings (Realty Income, Pennymac Mortgage)
- Well run and managed business
- Continued strength in Real Estate Market

First Distribution of 2015 Ready To Go
Congratulations!
The fund is now ready to make its first distribution of the year on day 75. Last year, the first distribution did not happen until day 320! Part of that distribution goes towards charity. It is a great feeling to be able to donate quicker to important work being done for others. This time, the donation went to a children's hospital. A special thanks goes out to Realty Income, Ford, Sysco, AT&T, Nuveen Long/Short Commodity Fund, Powershares Build America Bond Fund, and General Electric.
A big part of this is due to the fund only being 14 months old with continuous equity investments. But part of it is due to dividend growth assistance by previous dividend reinvestment.. Dividend reinvestment has cut the time for distribution this year by a full month.
